-Athens International Airport shareholders have given the go-ahead for the sale of a 30% stake in the country’s biggest airport by privatization agency TAIPED, Kathimerini reported citing a senior official from the agency. The full 30% stake could be valued at between 800 million and 1 billion euros ($880.6 million-$1.1 billion).
-Inflation was significantly lower in Greece than in the eurozone in May, as Eurostat’s provisional estimates showed that Greece’s EU-harmonized consumer price index read 4.1% against a mean rate of 6.1% in the euro area.
-Greek shipping loans decreased by 1.3% to $51.9 billion in 2022, according to Petrofin Research.
