Greek GDP increased by 5.6% in 2022 compared with 2021, according to revised data released by Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) on Wednesday.

Natural gas consumption decreased by 15.38% in January-September 2023 y-o-y, the National Natural Gas System Operator DESFA said in a report.

Passenger traffic in Greek airports grew 9.3% in September y-o-y, and 13.9% against September 2019, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) said.

The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) general index advanced 0.78% on Wednesday bucking the trend across Europe.
