ECONOMY
-The annual growth rate of total credit extended to the domestic economy stood at 3.7% in June 2024, compared with 2.7% in the previous month, Bank of Greece data showed. Deposits placed by the private sector increased by €3,826 million in June 2024, compared with an increase of €303 million in the previous month.
-The deadline for tax declarations was extended to August 2 for individuals and August 9 for legal entities, according to the National Economy & Finance Ministry.
