The Greek state budget recorded a primary surplus of 5.826 billion euros in the first 11 months of 2023, up from a budget target for a surplus of 3.771 billion and a primary deficit of 1.091 billion euros recorded in the same period last year, AMNA reported.

-Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni told Skai TV on Wednesday (Dec. 27) that the ministry will promote Greece in foreign markets using new media. She also expressed her optimism for the new tourism season.
-In the first nine months of 2023, hotel occupancy rate stood at 61.2%, the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) reported.
-Passenger traffic at all Greek airports reached record heights in January-November of 2023, compared to the same time in 2022 (by 23.5%) and in 2019 (by 12.7%), the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) announced.
