Zeus International makes three new investments in Southern Europe

Athens-based Zeus International, one of Europe’s fastest growing hotel management firms,  has acquired the Dolce Milan Malpensa hotels in Milan, Italy and the Lazart Hotel Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Thessaloniki, Greece as well as a five-story office block in the Greek capital from PRODEA Investments. This strategic shift is part of the firm’s ongoing expansion into privately owned hotels in Greece and Europe, as well as managing properties under long-term lease or with third-party owners.

The Dolce Milan Malpensa hotel complex is nestled within a lush landscape of unique aesthetic beauty, serving as a strategic crossroads for those who prefer proximity to the city of Milan, just 7 kilometres from Malpensa Airport. The hotel has 207 rooms, a restaurant, and a cafe-bar. It also provides excellent conference facilities that are fully equipped with the necessary technological infrastructure and can accommodate up to 700 people.

The 5-star Lazart Hotel in Thessaloniki offers comfort and luxury in a prime location, just 10 minutes from the city centre and across the street from the cultural site “Lazarist Monastery.” The hotel boasts some of the most spacious rooms in the city, ensuring comfort and making it the ideal place to stay for families, couples, professionals, and visitors looking to explore the city.

Zeus International already owned the lease for both hotels.
